The Marist contingent arrives in Cape Town, South Africa

At 9:30pm (South African time) the Marist contingent arrived in Cape Town, South Africa after a day of traveling. The group immediately checked into the Lady Hamilton Hotel and sought out on a journey to explore the social and cultural capital of Cape Town by enjoying food on Long Street, which is located in one of South Africa's must vibrant communities.

Howdy from Boston! The pictures and stories from your trip are amazing. I was just reading about the recent violence in Johannesburg and elsewhere in SA and was wondering if it has affected your trip at all?
